What is Discover Sport?
Discover Sport is a platform where users can upload sports clips, create personalized viewing channels, and engage with other users through comments and likes. You will also receive notifications when people interact with your content.

How do I create an account on Discover Sport?
To create an account, you'll need a unique username and a valid email address. Simply click on the "Sign Up" button on the homepage and follow the instructions.

What types of content can I upload to Discover Sport?
You can upload sports clips of various types and formats. Supported video formats include MP4, AVI, MOV, and MKV.

What are the supported formats for thumbnail uploads?
Thumbnails can be uploaded in JPEG, PNG, and GIF formats.

Is there a maximum file size for uploads?
Yes, the maximum file size for any upload is 2GB.

How do I create a viewing channel?
After registering, log in to your account and go to the "Profile" section. From there, you can customize your channel, upload videos, and manage your content.

Can other users interact with my content?
Yes, other users can like, dislike, and comment on your sports clips. You will receive notifications for these interactions to keep you updated.

How do I get notifications for interactions with my content?
Notifications are automatically enabled. You will receive alerts via email and on your dashboard whenever someone likes, dislikes, or comments on your uploads.

Can I manage or delete comments on my videos?
As the channel owner, you can choose to enable or disable comments when uploading a video. However, once comments are enabled, you will not be able to manage or delete individual comments on your videos. The commenter on the video does, however, have the ability to edit or delete their comment. As the channel owner, you can flag and report any comments that you may deem as not appropriate.

Can I delete the videos that I uploaded?
Currently, as a channel owner, you cannot delete the videos you uploaded directly. This functionality is being worked on and will be available soon. In the meantime, any video deletions can be requested via telephone on 087 059 7678 or via email at support@discoversport.com.

Are there any community guidelines I should be aware of?
Yes, Discover Sport has community guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all users. These include rules against harassment, hate speech, and copyright infringement. You can find the full guidelines in the "Community Guidelines" section of our site.

Currently, Discover Sport supports uploading one video at a time. You will need to repeat the upload process for each video.
